Security and access

Documents are stored encrypted. Administrators decide which company, meeting and pack a person can see. Participants get the materials they need without a shared drive or a forwarded PDF chain.

What gets Encrypted

Documents stay on the server, stored encrypted, instead of being sent around as attachments.

Company key locks each document key. That key locks the file and its annotations.

Who can see what

Control What it does
Company access People only see the organisation they belong to. Packs from another company do not appear in the same list.
Roles Administrators assemble the meeting and the pack. Participants open those documents to review, annotate and vote.
Document permissions Access can be limited to the people who should see a given pack, instead of sending the file as an attachment.

On the devices people use

Administrators run the meeting from a browser. Participants typically sit with an iPad. Offline download is there for travel and venues with poor connectivity; work syncs when you are back online. Each participant only sees their own annotations, and those marks are the same on iPad and on the web.
